I don't even recall which H2O day it is supposed to be today. Why? SO much stuff going on I'm having a hard time focusing on my to-dos and don'ts to even forget to hydrate with anything, let alone water.
To boot I have a cough, sorry have had a cough, for the last 2 days and despite the water soothing my throat it seems to be making it worse. What does help? Warm tea. I love tea. Tea is my best friend.
I hope tomorrow is a better day and I can get back on the wagon, otherwise I'm settling for tea...again.
