I forgot to post last night but I will say that I did drink more than 15oz, probably not by much but still more than 15oz.
So far today I drank a 16oz bottle of water at the hospital while I waited for my sister do radiation treatment and then once I got home I filled my water bottle I'm leaving next to my bed up. I was drinking some of that, will guess around 8-12oz and then my daughter stole it and guzzled a bunch so I lost track. For arguments sake we will any 8oz there.
Now it's 10:10pm and I'm still drinking. I have another 8oz left here so if we take a look it appears I've had 32oz by the time this is done.
You might think I'm crazy for keeping track like this but legit, I am so horrible at getting what I need in a day.
With my current weight I believe I need to be drinking about 100oz a day. Breaking it down it is basically just over 6 of the 500ml bottles of water a day. I should be at that by the end of Sunday I think, or pretty close to it. Then I will start with something else to add along with the water.
Easy wins the race...or whatever that was all about.
