The DSM Bloggess

So there I am! Living it up in my 30-somethings with a ridiculously hot hubby, 3 seriously outgoing matter-of-fact smart beautiful kids, a cat named Roxii that just won't quit, 2 chihuahuas named Lokii (what was I thinking) and Brodii who don't understand the concept of pee outside.

I'm a strongly opinionated, outspoken, inappropriate and absolutely unapologetic chick going through this thing called life and trying to do it with my sanity intact. So far, this isn't working out so well!

Follow me as I confession myself straight to the LCBO. My rants, my way...you've been warned ;) Xo

What's this 21 Day Fix

Looking at my history of diet hopping it only seems legit that I am calling up the Beachbody gods again and ordered 21 Day Fix.

Because I absolutely loathe having to think when it comes to food, as in I would much rather just open it up and eat it, I figured this is almost a perfect plan. I don't want to do Jenny Craig again, been there done that. There is minimal thinking involved in this. Aside from doing the grocery shopping to scoop the goods from, there isn't much else that needs to be done from the food prep stand point. Double points.

Yes there are 30 minute work outs to compliment the program, and I'm looking foward to seeing what these entail, however I was, am and always will be a firm Chalene Johnson fanatic. I have seen her results first hand when I bought my very first Beachbody program Turbo Jam and lost 25lbs over 3 months.

So yes, I joined the 21 Day Fix group. Now just to wait until it shows up and I can organize myself and get started!
