So there I am! Living it up in my 30-somethings with a ridiculously hot hubby, 3 seriously outgoing matter-of-fact smart beautiful kids, a cat named Roxii that just won't quit, 2 chihuahuas named Lokii (what was I thinking) and Brodii who don't understand the concept of pee outside.

I'm a strongly opinionated, outspoken, inappropriate and absolutely unapologetic chick going through this thing called life and trying to do it with my sanity intact. So far, this isn't working out so well!

Monday Funday

This day has clearly just gotten away from me. It's already almost 2pm and I feel like I just woke up an hour ago.

I meant to post yesterday but between playing softball all morning (and we won our championship games, just sayin), went out for some eats afterwards and then home to deal with all the regular stuff etc the day got away from me and I went to bed before 11pm. Hmm I think I was actually in bed before 10pm which never happens.

Woke up early today and because it was raining I drove to the gym and stayed for an hour. A was there again and came over for some quick high 5s and then I just stayed on the treadmill and ran/walked for about 45mins total. I was over 500cals burned so I called it a day. My body is angry at me for all this movement over the last few days and honestly...I love it lol.

I'm sitting at around 8800 steps so far for the day. I'm more than positive I will be up over 10,000 by the time I go to bed. I like that for a daily goal...for now.

I'm staying on top of the keeping active part but to be honest my eating habits are still shit. Not so much that I'm eating ridiculously horrible, just not super concerned for right now. I know by doing this it isn't exactly going to make the weight go down but it's one or the other right now. Either eat better or exercise. For ME, it's exercise and just to be a little more aware of what I'm putting in my face.

I was going to log the food too but I think that's a pain in the ass. I know that will change at some point as well but I'm already attached to the stupid cell phone enough as it is, add logging foods all the time and it just becomes crazy. In the long run logging it is good until I have a nice system set up but again, not focusing on the eating right now.

I did have an Isagenix breakfast though. I'm going to go make a sandwich once I get off of here and tonight I want nachos, sooooooo I'm having nachos. I'm not depriving myself of anything. If I want it, I'm having it. I don't eat them with meat so it's basically just the lime nacho chips, three cheese blend (but I do use the lower fat cheese mix), green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and green onion. Then I use sour cream as my dip of sorts. Super healthy? Hell no. Do I give a shit right now? Helllllllllll no. I need something quick and easy because I leave in 4.5 hours for darts and I'm just getting to lunch now.

Drinking my water today as well. I haven't had any tea but I keep eyeing my tassimo machine and the caramel macchiatos...who knows what will happen with that hot mess.

Anyways I'm off to eat and then go pick up the kids.
