The DSM Bloggess

So there I am! Living it up in my 30-somethings with a ridiculously hot hubby, 3 seriously outgoing matter-of-fact smart beautiful kids, a cat named Roxii that just won't quit, 2 chihuahuas named Lokii (what was I thinking) and Brodii who don't understand the concept of pee outside.

I'm a strongly opinionated, outspoken, inappropriate and absolutely unapologetic chick going through this thing called life and trying to do it with my sanity intact. So far, this isn't working out so well!

Follow me as I confession myself straight to the LCBO. My rants, my way...you've been warned ;) Xo

Isagenix: I'm At It Again!

If anyone will remember, once upon a blog post I mentioned that I had started Isagenix (after a ridiculous amount of research) and was down 16lbs in the first month. I ended up releasing 31lbs by the end of the first 90 days on this program, and will point out that I did 1 day of exercise at 45 mins, the rest of the time I didn't even bother.

Fast forward 8 months, an astronomical amount of stress and depression, combined with some demons of mine that keep haunting me once people started to notice and tell me I looked good, I managed to put weight back on. I had maintained it pretty well, as in maybe a few pounds with going back to eating all 3 meals of the day without my IsaLean shake. But again, I have had a fairly rough patch over the last 6 months and ultimately I am just not happy with this outcome.

So here I am again for round 2. My anniversary date of the first day I started the program is November 10th. As of right now, compared to what I weighed in at on that awesome day, I am still down almost 10lbs. Doesn't seem like much but it's a move in the right direction as I could very well be 10lbs heavier (and probably should be in all honesty).

Also keep in mind that this product is NOT a diet, I am horrible with those anyways. It's not a fad, I'm cool without them. It isn't anything but a complete NUTRITIONAL CLEANSE and REPLENISHMENT system. Replenishment is probably the best thing you want to read about when you are seeing the word "cleanse" in anything so I encourage you all to do your research. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. Everyone apparently has the new 'best thing' out there but at the end of the day nothing has been my thing, except Isagenix.

I am also going to reiterate that "I have spent many years, and countless amounts of money, sweat and tears on programs and solutions and 'the best thing on the market' to try to combat my ever expanding waistline" and nothing has ever worked so efficiently as this program does.

Now here I sit, it's just after lunch and I'll admit I contemplated waiting for a good day to start, but really, that is just my way of trying to get out of it, and I am sick of making excuses all the time. If I keep waiting for the "right" day to start I'm just simply never going to.

There you have it. I'm back and I'm on Isagenix again and I'm happy about this. I know I can do it...I HAVE done it. If you want some information on it, or just want some very honest answers to anything by all means message me.

Some things I'm looking forward to again:
" I sleep about 75% better than I used to (I'll TAKE it)
I'm not sluggish everyday all day
I'm more alert and able to focus better"

Money just can't buy some things...but Isa has taken care of that for me before...LETS GO!!!
